Hallå! I am FIKA. The yellow chalet at the bottom of the mountain.

A simple coffee break that has become the monument of Swedish culture, my name FIKA is a reference for achieving happiness. A cozy and warm custom coming straight from a cold country.

Your chalet rental includes:

● Drip coffee maker (filter included. Ground coffee not included)

● Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker (240 ml included)

● Salt and pepper

● Aluminum foil and plastic wrap

● Hand soap, shower soap, shampoo and conditioner

● Toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels

● Dish soap (hand and dishwasher)

● Washcloth and bath towels

● Logs for wood fire

● 4 Beach towels

● Smoking is not permitted in the unit;

● Pets are not allowed;

● The number of people authorized is 12. This number cannot be exceeded at any time;

● You are responsible for the actions of any other person on the rented premises;

● Please respect the rented premises and return them to the same condition as when you arrived. The furniture and objects at your disposal must be treated with care and used only for the purpose for which they are intended;

● Please notify the Hytte managers of any breakage or damage caused during the stay;

● Use only rented premises and respect the spaces of neighbors and residents of the area;

● You will be held responsible for any damaged furniture or objects, for any damage caused to the rented premises, including the land and outdoor equipment. If you notice any defects during the rental period, please report them immediately;

● It is strictly forbidden to make fires other than in the places provided for this purpose;

● Always ensure that interior and exterior lights are extinguished when you are away.

● Always be present when there's fires in the firepit or the fireplace;

● No glass containers at the pool or spa. Use the acrylic glasses provided for this purpose;

● Please keep umbrellas's close and spa covers when not in use;

● Please keep the propane tank off when the BBQ not in use;

● No open-flame candles;

● Use the blue box to the right of the spa to wash your feet before entering. Change the water in the box when needed;

● Please follow reasonable rules of conduct and do not disturb neighbors and area residents. Keep the noise level to a reasonable level, both inside and outside the unit. After 11 p.m., noise should be kept to a minimum;

● Do not eat in bedrooms;

● Only throw toilet paper down the toilet. Use the trash cans next door for any other personal items you want to dispose of;

● No bicycles inside. Use the bike rack and padlocks provided for this purpose on the rear balcony.
